Optional age cap filters out older swimmers if you're targeting a youth relay. Flying-start adjustments apply to legs 2–4 and the calculator brute-forces the best stroke ordering on medley relays. Numbers are projections, not guarantees — actual splits vary with reaction time, exchange quality, and turn technique.
