What time drops unlock D1 Power 4

Each row shows the time required in that event alone to push SR Rating Current from 754 to 950, holding the other three events fixed. Only physiologically reachable drops (≤15% per event) are shown. In practice swimmers improve across multiple events at once, so real progress will lift faster than these single-event deltas suggest.

No single-event drop within reachable bounds gets 754 all the way to 950. The gap from D1 Mid-Major to D1 Power 4 closes through broad improvement — multiple events moving together. That’s exactly what college coaches want to see; specialists rarely make this jump on one event alone.
